Problem facing Indian football

I think the biggest problem that Indian Football is facing is that no-one wants to take football as a career.
Parents Don't Want There Kids To Become a Footballer. Parents need to encourage there kids and they would do if there kids interest is in Cricket but not in any other sports here in India(although my parents wanted me to be a sportsperson but unfortunately i had a treble injury). I played for my school football team at every level and during those days i have seen allot of good players playing alongside me few of them were so good i thought they could play for India national team, even know when i go and watch some young kids in inter school events there are some really good ones out there but one thing i noticed is that no-one really wants to take it as a career and no-one really dreams to play for India which is very sad. While Mom-Dad will come to watch there kids play in a cricket match in any school level completion in case of football no-one is really interested.

No One Dreams To Play For India
While Euro 2012 had record breaking viewers watching Italy and Spain final in India. No one really cares about when Indian National team is playing. While kids now a days dream or wish they could play for top European team like AC Milan, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus, Bayern Munich etc, most of them don't even know the name of prestigious Indians football clubs like Mohun Bagan, East Bengal, JCT mills etc. Players like C.Ronaldo, Messi, Pirlo, Boffon, Klose, Kaka, Beckham etc are household names in India among football lovers but no one knows who Denzil Franco, Sunil Chhetri, Mehtab Hussain, etc are.

Coaches
The Coaches at school level are really bad some who are PT teachers made in-charge really know nothing about the game. This would never help any kid to grow as a footballer

AC Milan 3 - 1 Bologna

Milan get there first victory of the new season, well it wasn't as comfortable as the score line suggest. Coach Allegri decided to go with formation the 4-3-1-2 rather than 4-3-3 which he used against Sampdoria. Milan started better and got a controversial penalty when Nicolo Cherubin dragged down Pazzini, who made the most of his fall. Pazzini then stepped upto take the penalty and gave Milan the lead. The home team then got into the game and started to dominate with captain Diamanti in super form. Montolivo was unable to continue due to hamstring ingury and was subbed 4 minutes before the end of first half and was replaced by new signing De Jong. After few second's of his debute Milan conceded a penalty when  Acquafresca was caught in front of Nocerino and fall. Diamanti stepped up and sent Christian Abbiati the wrong way to draw his side level. The second half started well for the home team but Milan was getting back into the game with both the side-backs Antonini and De Sciglio bombing forward and helping in attack. Boetang also looked dangerous. Mialn then introduced Bojan who really did well compared to El Shaarawy who didn't had a good game. Bojan made some clever runs and made the defense of Bologna work much more. Then in the 77 minute Milan got there second goal after horrendous error from Bologna goalkeeper Agliardi. Antonini's cross from the left looped up in the air off Motta and was fumbled by the home goalkeeper, allowing Pazzini to fire home the loose ball from close range. Pazzini then scored his third goal in the 85 minute when he deftly flicked in Nocerino's low shot. Milan after that looked comfortable in keeping the possession of the ball for last 5 minutes and eventully winning the match 3-1. Pazzini was easily the man of the match of the match with his hat-trick, also which would boost his confidence also of the Milan fans. Acerbi also had a great game really looked strong in defense and also made some good play from behind. With this win Milan would gain a lot of confidence and a lot of positives should be taken.
